Your enquiry reached us, and it will be read by the person who does the modelling. There is nothing else you need to send right now unless you have more photographs or a dimension you forgot. If a measurement is missing, we will ask for that specific number rather than sending you back to the start. If you want to add a file after submitting, reply to the confirmation message and it will be attached to the same project. If anything in the confirmation looks wrong — a mistyped address, the wrong part, a file that did not attach — tell us and it will be corrected before we begin.
What happens from here
The first reply is a real answer, not an acknowledgement. It tells you whether the information you sent is enough to model from, names anything still missing, and gives you a project price for the work described.
- We open the files and photographs and check what the geometry needs.
- You get a reply with the project price, or a short list of the measurements to take.
- Once you accept, the model is built and you see it before anything is printed.
While you wait
If something changes on your side — a different part, a revised deadline, or a photograph that shows the fracture more clearly — send it. Adding information before we start is easier than correcting a model afterwards.
- We look at what you sent and tell you whether it is enough to model from.
- We come back with questions or a quote — reply target within 3 hours, standard projects in 2–8 business days.
- Nothing is produced or printed until you approve the quote and the model.
